Joining Emcee Nicole Mihalka, Chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, unveiled the star alongside James Bond film producers Michael G. Wilson, p.g.a., Barbara Broccoli, p.g.a. and No Time To Die villain Rami Malek. The event took place a day after ‘Global James Bond Day’, and two days ahead of the US release of the eagerly-anticipated 25th James Bond film No Time To Die, which premiered in in London on September 30, 2021 - going on to break UK box-office records with the highest weekend gross of any Bond film to date. |

Speaking to Variety Magazine ahead of the presentation, Daniel Craig said: “The Idea that my name will be alongside those of so many actors who have inspired me during my life is really quite incomprehensible and not something I could have ever imagined... So all I can really say is that it is an enormous, mind-boggling privilege to be have invited to join the road.” Stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame are accepted by a committee and successful applicants have to pay $50,000 towards the installation and upkeep of the Walk of Fame. Previous James Bond actors with stars are Sir Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan. |
