Today marks exactly 60
years since the death of Ian Lancaster Fleming – journalist, father, ‘the
world’s worst stockbroker’, and of course, creator of the world-famous
secret agent, James Bond.
To mark this date, and celebrate Fleming’s legacy, Ian Fleming
Publications have revealed the covers for their new hardback editions of
all fourteen of Fleming’s original 007 adventures, created by legendary
designer Michael Gillette. |

These prestige hardbacks
will be released on October 3, 2024 and will include not only brand new
cover art (which will be printed directly onto the boards, rather than as
a separate dust jacket) but also exquisite endpapers, also by Michael Gillette, and a
range of specially-selected archival material relating to Ian Fleming and his time
writing the 007 adventures. |
