The VUE Cinema complex in Staines decided to herald the return of Goldfinger to the BIG screen with the showmanship that cinemas in the Sixties & Seventies would often organise to publicise a big film. James Bond and Oddjob lookalikes Donald Standen and Ian U’Chong were on hand (along with a Silver Birch Aston Martin DB5) to guide cinemagoers into Screen 6, and to pose for photographs with the public outside the cinema complex after the screening.
